ENTRY RULES & REGULATIONS
IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES:
Orlando Program (weekend before and after ShowEast):
• July 1st, 2009 – Submissions open
• October 1st, 2009 (postmark) – Official entry deadline
• October 10th, 2009 (arrive by) – Late entry deadline

• October 23rd-31st, 2009 – 2nd Annual 3D Film & Interactive Festival in Orlando
ENTRY FEES:
• Official Deadline – Short Film, Commercials, Music Videos (under 35 minutes): $40; Feature Films (more than 40 minutes): $60; Video Game, Software, or Virtual World Title (Console or PC): $80

• Late Deadline -- All Content: $100
SUBMISSION NOTES: All entry fees paid to 3DFF are non-refundable. Please review all eligibility criteria and requirements prior to making a submission to the festival. Entry materials will not be returned.
WORKS IN PROGRESS: Projects that are not yet complete must be clearly marked “Work in Progress” or “Rough Cut”. Please submit a written explanation of what will be altered or changed or what part of your project is missing from your draft, cut, or game.
STUDENTS: 3DFF will waive entry fees for students who submit their project to our festival. You must submit a valid student ID card or letter from your school that verifies you are a student.

ENTRY MATERIALS
All entries must include the following:
- The entry fee(s) which may be paid by check or money order (made payable
to Women in Film Las Vegas.
- Available press materials including project credit list, team bios, photos and at least one production still (hard copy or jpeg).

-A 2-D DVD copy of the work labeled with the title and running time along with your contact information.

-Work can also be submitted as electronic quicktime or avi files
